Darcy was born and raised in Kingfisher, OK. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University, majoring in Animal Science, with a Business Option. Her honors include top 10 senior from the College of Agricultural Science & Natural Resources. Upon graduation at OSU, Darcy successfully completed a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma Christian University and obtained an Oklahoma Certified Public Accountant license.
